Audio Consultancy Services
With a proven track record and wealth of experience, our team is able to advise and support you as you consider and undertake any new project, offering a complete service including preparation of specifications for tender and advice on installation as necessary. We’ll quickly asses the viability of any audio-based project in both technical and financial terms, saving you time, money and heartache.
Our links to the best manufacturers and suppliers allow us access to more detailed specifications and often equipment loan on a trial basis prior to a purchasing commitment being made. We make full use of computer modelling and computer aided design (CAD) to inform and visualise the consultancy process to fully explore your needs.
Should you require it, our work with funding bodies such as the London Arts Board has given us a unique insight into public funding for the arts and using this knowledge, combined with our extensive industry contacts, we offer a broad based view of preparing budgets supporting the highest quality technical specifications. Importantly, we also place great value on Health and Safety and are able to advise you on the Health and Safety implications of your installations and operations, providing risk assessments and method statements for all the work we undertake.
Richard Nowell leads personally on our consultancy work, with projects taking him all over the world. He has formally been Technical Consultant to the National Centre for the Performing Arts in Mumbai for eight years now, involved in production projects such Placido Domingo’s Operalia and year round work for the Symphony Orchestra of India. In addition he is engaged in major theatre and campus renovation works at NCPA working closely with the Chairman Mr KN Suntook. Recent projects also include work on the Mumbai Opera House with Abha Lambeth Architects and advisory works for Prestige Group in Bangalore. Work on the Maestranza Theatre rehearsal room in Seville is ongoing, alongside recording work for the Royal Symphony Orchestra of Seville.
Work in Antigua for the Antigua and Barbuda Youth Symphony Orchestra takes him to the Caribbean twice a year to work with the orchestra and choir as well as advisory projects for the AUA and Island Academy.

Thank you so much for your wonderful work yesterday which took the definition of team work and flexibility to an art form. Weather, political intrigue and the event order changing during the event didn’t affect the show going on and the positive spirit that continued throughout. It was a particular tour de force that you were able to get re-set after we decided to go back outside. Lots of good feedback from both participants and people watching. Can you please pass our thanks on to all your teams.
